Born in Mexico, I immigrated to the United States at the age of 13 and have since mastered both English and Spanish. My journey has been one of perseverance and dedication, culminating in the achievement of my undergraduate degree and commissioning as an infantry officer in the National Guard. Throughout my service, I’ve had the honor of traveling overseas, serving my country, and contributing to my community during the COVID-19 pandemic. I also played a crucial role in addressing the immigration crisis in my state. With these rich experiences behind me, I am now eager to embark on a new chapter in my career as a Project Manager.

I recently obtained PMP certification and currently pursuing a Risk Management Professional Certification. My military leadership experience has ingrained in me the importance of leadership and teamwork, which are crucial in driving project success. My success in completing projects and missions has been deeply rooted in the collaborative efforts of the teams I’ve had the privilege to lead. I’m committed to leveraging these skills to deliver outstanding results in the civilian sector.
