 Chief Quality Assurance Evaluator

Serves as a First Sergeant within a deployable Reconnaissance and Surveillance Squadron; capable of short notice deployments in support of combat operations anywhere in the world providing reconnaissance, surveillance, and intelligence assets to combatant commanders; responsible for the health, welfare, accountability, morale, discipline, professional development, individual and collective training of 200 Soldiers including 40 NCO's and three Officers; provides recommendations to the Troop Commander on daily operations and leader development; oversees maintenance, accountability and employment of tactical vehicles and equipment worth in excess of $30,000,000.

First Sergeant

Serves as the Executive Coordinator to the Vice Chief of Staff, Army. Responsible for the coordination of daily ground and air movement for all General Officer functions, key leader and organizational engagements in accordance with the strategic goals and direct priorities of the VCSA's initiatives; responsible for the overseas clearance of personnel and equipment into all OCONUS and deployed areas of operation; ensures completion of overseas training, documentation and medical requirements prior to overseas entry; responsible for the production of all individual anti-terrorism plans while visiting countries with elevated threat levels.

Serves as an Operations Sergeant for the 82nd Airborne Division, capable of rapid worldwide deployment within 18 hours of notification; directly responsible for the health, morale, welfare, professional developments, and readiness of seven NCOs, 13 Officers, two Air Force Officers, three Coalition Officers, and their families; senior enlisted advisor to the Secretary General Staff and the Chief of Staff on all strengths and weaknesses of the General's Staff; monitors, updates, and disseminates all operational data and orders that serve as a higher headquarters for the Global Response Force (GRF).

Serves as the Platoon Sergeant of a 24-man Platoon in an Airborne Cavalry Troop; capable of rapid worldwide deployment within 18 hours of notification; directly responsible for the health, morale, welfare, professional developments, and readiness of 23 paratroopers and one Officer. I have made it my mission in life to assist transitioning service members and veterans find their next mission in life. We create the Operation Order (Road Map) to ensure they are certified and ready to go in the industry of their choosing.
