Housing and Residence Life: Desk Receptionist (Spring 1997), staffed the front desk of a residence hall to answer questions and assist in incident response. Community Assistant (Fall 1997-Spring 1998), responsible for fostering community atmosphere on a floor of 50 students. Student Staff Coordinator (Fall 1998-Spring 2001), responsible for scheduling and supervision of up to 20 student staff members. 

New Student Programs: Facilitator (Summer 1999), Family Program Coordinator (Summer 2000). As a Facilitator, co-facilitated groups of 10 incoming students for a two-day program to introduce them to the University. As the Family program coordinator, revised the one-day Family orientation for guardians and siblings, as well as inaugurating a pilot overnight program for one cycle. 

Conference Services: Conference Services Assistant (Summer 2000), Head Conference Assistant (Summer 2001). As an Assistant, repsonsible for one residence hall and other duties as assigned to ensure conference attendees were served. As a Head Conference Assistant, supervised 16 Assistants as part of a 3-person management team. 

Foreign Language Department: Language Lab Assistant- provided materials and technical support for students to meet course requirements, as well as tutoring students upon request. 

Admissions: Volunteer tour guide (1997) showing prospective students and families around the University and answering questions during tours.
