The community had almost 400 members. I also created all programs, content, and marketing collateral with a 1:1 match program, user group/meetup initiative, and gamification opportunities.

Researched and created a new community strategy for all of Outreach & Sales Hacker. This involved member interviews, surveys, meetings with top executives to drive community direction, and ultimately delivering the final strategy and roadmaps.

Responsible for daily community growth, content, advocacy and influencer participation, scheduled events, promotions, newsletters, email, new initiatives, upholding partner agreement terms, and internal relationships.

Guided our team through early community decisions around UX, promotion, communications, technology selection, policy, features, and site design via feedback, research, and data.

Members were executives, 30 under 30 list members, CEOs, and founders at tech, software, and startup companies. Their membership promised access & connection to hundreds of other decision-making executives through our white-glove service.

Strategized with HubSpot cofounder (Dharmesh Shah) for growth, retention, funding, revenue strategy, and events. Created and executed on programs and playbooks for all aspects of community including day-to-day community management, content, programs, events, metric tracking and analysis, onboarding, retention, partnerships, feature prioritization, support, feedback, member advocacy and referral programs.

Assisted in Inbound.org's participation in INBOUND15 (HubSpot's live yearly event) coordinating with HubSpot teams to market the event to our community, sell tickets, plan our booth, activities, and sponsored meetup.

Built the advocacy program. Initially started with a few members and quickly grew to over 300 evangelists. Owned all aspects of social media and email marketing where we grew to over 30,000 followers Twitter & Facebook and worked with HubSpot to promote the community on their outlets.

Analyzed collected data in Mixpanel to find trends among member activity to improve our onboarding, retention, taxonomy, personalization, and design which led to multiple changes in our strategy, marketing, partnerships, and events.

Hired and managed contractors for community moderation, support, social media, and email marketing.

Worked with 23 HubSpot Partner Agencies and several of their clients to obtain immediate traffic and sales leads for inbound marketing campaigns by building, growing, and engaging on their social media accounts. 
Through agency growth, several writers and social media managers were hired and trained to provide inbound marketing services to more clients. 
Services grew to include assisting new and transitioning agency partners with HubSpot, setting up their new teams, sales processes, certifications, technology usage, service contracts, new client accounts, and strategies.
