I’m the CEO of A Sales Growth Company (ASG) and the author of Gap Selling. Over the past decade, I’ve built a body of work that includes the Problem-Centric Operating System™ (PCOS), the Buyer Confidence Model, and the Problem Identification Chart (PIC) — frameworks that rewire how revenue organizations operate, forecast, and grow.

One thing I learned (in a brutal way) is if my focus is on selling and not have meaningful conversations, my life will too lack meaning.

In sales, numbers matter. Without a doubt.

What can be a problem is when we see prospects as numbers. 

My 'why' is not only to have a great income but to tether the prospect to the company I work for. We, the sales force, are the face of the company during that engagement.

My goal is not to slam dunk them, it's to help them go on a long journey with the company I represent.
