I’m the CEO of A Sales Growth Company (ASG) and the author of Gap Selling. Over the past decade, I’ve built a body of work that includes the Problem-Centric Operating System™ (PCOS), the Buyer Confidence Model, and the Problem Identification Chart (PIC) — frameworks that rewire how revenue organizations operate, forecast, and grow.

Born on the Country Roads of West Virginia, grew up on the Sandy Beaches of Florida, transformed in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, and currently drinking out of coconuts on island time in Phuket Thailand. 

When I'm not getting choked out (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) or taking an elbow to the face (Muay Thai), you can find me nose-deep in a book from the self-improvement section. 

Currently living the digital nomad life abroad and somehow managing to find my way around an airport. Looking for an SDR, Customer Success, Digital Marketing, or Break Room Liason Position... (those juice boxes won't stock themselves).  Since I'm living in the  Eastern Hemisphere, I'm open to any positions in the APAC Region or remote jobs in America.

Just like an Olympic Pole Vaulter I have quite the track record of going above and beyond in positions and plan to do that for you. I believe in dynamic problem solving so if you're approach to finding solutions is "this is how it's always been done" then I'm not your guy.

Everyone has a story to tell and we all fit somewhere. So just like that 10 year old trying fit that last puzzle piece into the puzzle, maybe I'm that puzzle piece for you.
