But today, technology isn’t just a support—it’s become an essential part of running a successful winery. It helps automate everyday tasks so you have more time to focus on what matters most: creating great wine. 

Here’s how you can start:

	1.	Think about where you’re spending the most time: Is it manually writing down orders, 
                 organizing customer contacts, or checking your stock levels? That’s a good place to start.

	2.	Pick user-friendly tools: Look for tools that don’t need a lot of training, like simple software to 
                manage sales or apps to track your barrels.

	3.	Experiment with one task: Start with just one thing—maybe a digital order system—and see how 
                it improves your day.

	4.	Get your team involved: Let them try the new tools at their own pace and show them how it 
                 makes their job easier.

Taught approximately 200 students per year, grades 9 through 13. I worked very hard to facilitate learning and to help my students enhance their language skills. This was done primarily through two courses that I instructed; English as a Second Language, and Civilization. The language course varied from Elementary learners to Advanced, while the Civilization course was primarily for Intermediate and Advanced language learners. My success as a teacher is best viewed in correlation with my students' accomplishments. Throughout my five years of teaching students in the bilingual program, 90% graduated with the advanced level bilingual degree. Of those students, 36% completed the program in 4 years (rather than the usual 5), testing out early with a high-degree of English language proficiency.

Managed a full-time masters program workload and a part-time instructor role. 

As a graduate student at the University of Arkansas, in the Department of Communication, my focus was Organizational Communication. My Assistantship carried with it the responsibility of teaching two sections of Fundamentals of Communication (Comm 1313) each semester of my enrollment at the University. As the teacher of this course, I developed a syllabus and schedule for my students. I provided the students with PowerPoint and interactive educational instruction. I implemented the use of various tests and projects, including speeches, to help my students learn the basics of the course. I utilized blackboard as a way to have a paperless classroom environment.
