I was appointed to transform and reposition the Teradata brand globally and rebuild Marketing at Teradata into a customer-led, digitally enabled growth engine. I also spearheaded the development of Teradata's first integrated operating model for demand and opportunity management across marketing and sales. Creating teams, processes, tools, and governance enables Teradata to measure market demand globally and use analytics to gain insight into customer buying patterns and assess program ROI and sales conversion. I also led Teradata's User Experience transformation delivering a modern and intuitive experience across its entire portfolio of offerings.

Cisco Jasper was a global Internet of Things (IoT) platform leader when Cisco acquired it in 2016. Jasper designed its industry-leading, cloud-based IoT platform to enable companies to launch, manage and monetize IoT services globally. Jaspers Control Center was chosen by the world's leading enterprises resulting in over 20,000 deployments across Connected Car; GM, Ford, Nissan, Tesla, VW. Connected Home; Honeywell, Securitas Direct, Alarm.com, and 20 other vertical markets enabling over 100M IoT devices on its platform across 120 countries. As Chief Marketing Officer and an integral part of the executive team, I was responsible for product marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, corporate and brand marketing. Including positioning, corporate communications, critical account business development, and channel enablement globally.

► Market share growth to #3 in Americas and #1 and #2 in the largest EMEA markets
► Over a 2.5 year period achieved #1 market share leadership in Enterprise Cloud business communications, with more than 1,000,000 total seats installed and 30% market share.

Responsible for company wide strategy development, strategy deployment, global marketing, corporate communications and business operations. In addition held GM responsibilities for Tektronix expansion into Latin America	
► Developed Tektronix strategic plan, strategy deployment through to leading monthly business operations reviews.
► Operating result from 2009 to CY11 YTD, 150% increase in sales and +1,600 bps increase in operating margin.
► Transformed marketing function to closed loop marketing through process, operational rigor and demonstrated causal return on marketing investment. Drove measurable Tektronix revenue of 15% and 30% of total sales opportunity funnel.
