Key Responsibilities as Team Lead

1. Project Management & Coordination

   * Lead end-to-end deployment and integration of IoT and property interface systems (e.g., PBX, PMS, POS, key encoders).
   * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

2. Team Leadership

   * Guide and mentor a team of IoT engineers and interface specialists.
   * Assign tasks, monitor progress, and support team performance and growth.

3. Client & Vendor Communication

   * Serve as the primary point of contact for properties, vendors, and internal teams.
   * Coordinate with third-party system providers (e.g., Onity, Visionline, Vostio, Shiji, Oracle) to ensure proper integration and troubleshooting.

4. Technical Oversight

   * Oversee the configuration, testing, and validation of IoT devices and interfaces.
   * Ensure network prerequisites and firewall rules are aligned with deployment needs (e.g., ports, whitelisting, protocols).

5. Issue Resolution

   * Troubleshoot complex integration and network issues with vendors, property IT, and support teams.
   * Handle escalations and lead root cause analysis for critical failures.

6. Documentation & Reporting

   * Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, testing outcomes, and deployment status.
   * Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership.

7. Process Improvement

   * Evaluate existing workflows and suggest improvements for scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
   * Develop and update standard operating procedures and best practices.

8. Training & Support

   * Provide training to property-level teams and internal staff as needed.
   * Support post-deployment activities and handovers to support/operations teams.
