I’m the kind of person who thrives in the mess. Give me a new market, a scrappy product, or a team that needs structure and I’m in. I’ve led sales in big-box retail, property management, luxury automotive, and B2B food manufacturing, and what’s stayed consistent across it all is this: I love building systems that help people win more often and feel good doing it.

I get energy from helping people connect the dots. Whether it’s a customer figuring out what they really need, or a rep realizing they can own their sales process instead of feeling owned by it. I'm equal parts strategist and operator: comfortable with data, obsessed with clear messaging, and always thinking two steps ahead.
