Before I start any LinkedIn engagement work, I always ask my clients a few key questions:

⟶ What’s their gender?

⟶ What positions do they hold?

These answers guide how and where I show up.

There was a time when my LinkedIn looked busy but only my peers (and people who couldn’t hire me) were viewing my profile, sending DMs, and connection requests.

I created a list of Top Voices whose audiences align with my target clients.

And the best part is,
