My goal is to create a department and various strategies to help us understand customer needs and expectations, analyze feedback, and coordinate with different departments to ensure a cohesive and positive customer journey. I am working on monitoring and improving the performance metrics, leading customer experience teams, and staying abreast of market trends to drive improvements in service quality, customer retention, and brand loyalty for our different products.

The team has launched a new open-source Mobile Manipulator repository featuring the MORPH Series—two parallel-manipulator configurations on an omnidirectional base, all running in the simple Google DeepMind MuJoCo interface. Anyone can download, simulate, and experiment with the system.
What stands out is ObotX’s focus on radical affordability (estimated ~$1,500 build cost vs. ~$35,000 industrial systems) and their commitment to keeping the design open for personal and research use. The project is also rooted in a social mission: using accessible robotics to reduce hazardous labor and create pathways away from child labor worldwide
