Soccer Classroom is Jerry's "community service" project. Through this online coaching platform, Soccer Classroom reaches over six thousand fans on Facebook and over half a million coaches and players in countries all over the world. McCoy and Company (MAC), the commercial arm of North Florida Field Services, Inc., spun out from the parent company in December 2014. Utilizing the same white collar approach to a blue collar business, MAC services Property Managers, Owners and Architects in realizing their construction visions.

NFFS General Contractors

Founded in 2007 by Marti McCoy with $5,000 and a borrowed trailer, NFFS General Contractors has grown to be a leader in the REO home repair, property preservation, maintenance and inspection of residential homes. Headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida with additional offices in Tampa, NFFS completes restoration work across the state of Florida for Banks, Hedge Funds and Equity Funds. Totally Soccer is a leading provider of soccer jerseys, uniforms and field equipment to teams and clubs across the country. The direct from the factory approach makes buying soccer gear easier, cheaper and faster.

Totally Soccer leveraged its infrastructure and systems to smartly branch into other sports to offset seasonality and increase buying power. The company owns and operates a suite of sports websites that sells custom sports uniforms.

Jogo is a leading producer of team sports apparel throughout North America. To secure his Management Consultant Visa, Jerry was certified as an expert in the US soccer market. In this position, he built systems and procedures to align manufacturing, sales and marketing.

Soccer Post is a franchise company specializing in providing soccer equipment to youth and adult teams, clubs and leagues. Jerry helped the organization grow from a single location to expanding the operation to thirty-five stores selling over $15MM across the country. As VP of Operations, Jerry wrote the training manual, opened the stores and interfaced with vendors such as Nike and Adidas.

Sepracor Pharmaceuticals

Responsible for a span of control of over 500 personnel consisting of Regional Sales Directors, Area Business Managers, and Sales Representatives.  
Created and executed national sales strategies for primary and specialty sales forces, evaluated market dynamics and sales channels, structured leadership communication, and led national sales meetings.
Directly managed a $78 million budget and generated over $352 million in sales revenue.  Partnered with Sales Operations, Training and Development, Marketing, Finance, and Medical Communications to maximize company revenue and aggressively manage costs.

National Sales Director

Responsible for creating, staffing and leading a nationwide hospital sales force and management team of 57 people.  
Worked directly with Marketing and Sales Training to develop and execute nationwide strategy to maximize profit in institutional sales channels.  
Formed division, wrote job descriptions, hired, trained, aligned territories, deployed personnel, and actively managed the division to exceed profitability goals.

National Sales Director - Hospital & Institutional Sales Division

Managed a team of 90 personnel including Area Business Managers, Regional Therapeutic Specialists, and Sales Representatives throughout the Southwest area.  Accountabilities included creating and directing the regional sales strategy to surpass corporate targets for new and existing products, overseeing staffing and personnel issues, managing a $9 million budget, developing future leadership candidates, and communicating a clear strategic vision to all field employees to generate over $35 million in regional sales.

Regional Director

Directly managed ten pharmaceutical sales representatives within the Southeast area.  Accountabilities included developing regional marketing initiatives, hiring and training representatives, developing future management candidates, managing budgets, working synergistically with other internal departments, and maximizing sales in the region.

Area Business Manager

Solvay Pharmaceuticals

Responsible for the marketing and contracting of six pharmaceutical products to regional HMO’s, PBM’s, Integrated Delivery Systems, and Behavioral Health Organizations, in addition to developing and implementing co-marketing and pull-through sales strategies with third parties.

Eli Lilly

Responsible for the sales and promotion of pharmaceutical products to physicians, hospitals, clinics, regional managed care groups, and independent physician networks.

Sales Representative

Co-Founder and Managing Member of the industry-leading health and wellness franchises, RockBox Fitness and beem Light Sauna.

Prior to RockBox Fitness and beem Light Sauna, operated as the Chief Operating Officer of a solid oral dosage pharmaceutical development and manufacturing organization.  Previously served as President of a large topical semi-solid and liquid CDMO, as a National Sales Director and Sr. Vice President leading sales and marketing teams of up to 500 sales representatives in the specialty and big pharma market.  Extensive expertise in pharmaceutical sales management, leadership, sales force deployment, business development, strategic selling, contract negotiation, business-to-business service contracting, licensing, and pharmaceutical and contracted service marketing. Knowledge of myriad dosage forms and therapeutic classes, as well as regulatory environments and payer systems.
