He has pursued his journey in personal development more than 7 years, specializing in human behavior psychology, is trained as a Demartini Facilitator and currently completing his Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching through SACAP.

The one goal of EU Operations Learning and Talent Management is to develop leadership skills of all Amazon employees.
I am primarily responsible for design, project management and delivery of large scale events, such as internal conferences and meetings across all modalities (virtual, hybrid and face to face).
In my role I am enabling people to collaborate and learn in an engaging way, regardless of their physical, cultural or status distance.
