I’m Jerry, a Digital Marketing Strategist and LinkedIn Specialist helping brands and leaders build visibility, trust, and growth in today’s attention-driven digital world.

Over the years, I’ve worked across digital strategy, organic strategy, paid performance, content systems, and personal branding, helping teams and decision-makers strengthen their digital presence and generate meaningful outcomes from audience growth to qualified leads.

My marketing journey began early, when I started using social platforms to promote events and products even before digital marketing became a recognized career path. During my MBA, the subject became more structured for me, but it was real-world execution through internships and live projects that made me fall in love with digital.

Today, I strongly believe that personal branding is a career asset. It gives individuals control over their narrative, builds credibility in their niche, and creates opportunities beyond job titles.

With a growing community of 50K+ people and through regular speaking engagements, I encourage professionals to start showing up consistently, sharing their learning, and building authority online.

A Communications professional with over 14 years of experience in the field of internal communications spanning events, employee engagement, corporate social responsibility and public relations. My key focus areas is to drive initiatives to strengthen the brand and serve as an extended arm for the Diversity and Inclusion Council.

My most recent assignment has given me an opportunity to double hat as the Business Operations Lead for the Centre. Playing the role of an enabler in bridging the gaps between the support functions (HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Facilities) and act as a trusted advisor and strategic counsellor to the Centre head and members of the senior leadership team.

Helping build "YOUR Brand Story" as your Personal Branding Expert. The primary intention is to 'Give People a Voice' because we all want to be heard.

The realisation, 'Every breath you take is a gift,' helped me regain momentum. 
Yay! 

I learned my purpose is to help people 'Show Up' with 'Intentionality' and Confidence'. 
Also, it is less ingenious when your ‘Showing Up', is based on congruence and the message is bigger than the messenger. Which is why, injecting immense energy into the journey of self-discovery, is my forte. Making this fun and fulfilling for me and my clients. 

After moving out of General Motors, the Auto Major in August 2019, I taught myself the skills to Coach professionals and emerging leaders to increase their influence and make a difference, in the lives of others, while staying true to themselves. 

The Coaching engagement 'Hit Refresh', is focussed on equipping clients with practical tools, frameworks and profound insights that leads them on their journey of personal growth.  This signature program is based on the framework of the 'Habits of Mind' with the key focus on 'Thinking About Your Thinking.' This is also, the premise for my speaking engagements. 

A little backstory...
In a career spanning 17 years, I worked with two major Global Brands-AOL (America Online) and General Motors (GM). At AOL I found my bearing, at GM I began my transformational journey.
I spent 12 wholesome years with GM as the in-house Communications Leader, with strategic emphasis on Internal Communications and Employer Branding. In terms of building the culture of the organisation 'Leadership without Titles,' and 'Start with Why,' is where I have had the most impact.

So, what makes me come alive?
Journaling, practicing guided meditation, reading, making funny videos and spending time in nature.
I see myself as an advocate for well-being, I write about too. My downtime taught me I could drive change in the way people think about 'therapy' and 'mental fitness', which is now my elixir of life. 

Deeply follow ' How you SHOW UP' matters...
I see our son as my youngest teacher and my husband as my medium who catapulted my spiritual growth. Grateful to my community of supporters, you teach me ‘shared humanity’.

PS: I get my oratory skills from Mother and D for Discipline from Father.
Inherited a constant cheerleader as brother. 
I write letters to 'Dear God', even now and that has been a GAME Changer.
