As a member of the Delivery@Scale Organization, I support SAP customers in their transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise, leveraging the capabilities of the Business Technology Platform (BTP).

I'm responsible for delivering standardized factory services as an SAP Basis consultant. Some of my tasks include:

• Installations of SAP systems and components
• Configurations of SAP landscapes
• HANA System Replication
• Upgrades of SAP systems to newer versions (especially S/4 HANA)
• Performance optimization and tuning of SAP systems
• Migrations (Homogeneous and Heterogeneous)
• Conversions, such as converting traditional SAP systems to SAP S/4 HANA
• Implementation and management of SAP Solution Manager for system monitoring and maintenance

Other responsibilities include:

• Development and implementation of automation solutions to enhance productivity.

• Provided extensive support to developers in creating custom solutions for Outlook and Exchange, specifically focusing on Outlook Add-Ins, and solutions utilizing EWS, Graph API, and Office 365 APIs.
• Actively participated in troubleshooting efforts, diligently investigating whether any issues arose from Microsoft APIs/products, while also offering valuable insights, best practices, advice, and exemplary code snippets derived from public documentation.
• Fostered collaborative partnerships with customers' developers and scripting experts, effectively resolving issues pertaining to third-party applications within the customers' environment, particularly applications utilizing EWS.
• Facilitated customers' coding endeavors by providing them with insightful sample scripts and straightforward code examples, enabling them to accomplish their objectives.

I was a member of the Outlook team, providing support for various Outlook clients including Outlook Mac, Outlook Mobile, and New Outlook. 

My responsibilities encompassed:

• Participated in pre-release activities and Beta programs, actively analysing comprehensive test plans to troubleshoot complex behaviour and ensure optimal functionality.
• Developed and implemented escalation procedures and complex problem management plans, effectively mentoring and empowering junior staff to resolve advanced Outlook issues.
• Demonstrated exceptional leadership, personal responsibility, and collaborative teamwork while successfully navigating and resolving complex and politically sensitive customer issues, including crisis situations.
• Used trace analysis, debug skills, and other proprietary tools to analyse problems and develop solutions across different Outlook platforms.
• Collaborated with other Escalation Engineers (mostly based in the US), support teams, and colleagues across the globe regularly to provide technical assistance and action plans for customers using various Outlook clients.

At PLMJ, I supported over 400 users across Lisbon and Porto, specializing in Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, and Active Directory. I streamlined mobile email setups and provided comprehensive device support. 
My role included Active Directory management, timely resolution of hardware/software issues, and workstation setup at the Lisbon HQ. 

Additionally, I maintained hardware inventories, and updated CMDB records. I also executed network system patching, network troubleshooting, and Exchange Server mailbox management, ensuring seamless IT operations.
