Each year, Elf Squad provided Elf Sacks full of new toys, treats and tech to hundreds of local children who are registered with local charities. In 2017, 560 children. In 2018, this increased to 700 children. In 2019, with key partners on board, and some major tech innovations in the works, Elf Squad set to support 3,000+ children in Greater Geelong, increasing to 5,000+ in 2020.

Sal Salis Luxury Eco Resort

Exclusive luxury safari camp located in the sand dunes of the Cape Range National Park, WA.
Responsible for management of team to maintain a 5 star standard. Service was personalised for clients in all areas. It was imperative that the team embrace high-performance on all levels.

Initial challenges here were around keeping staff motivated in such a hot and remote destination- 80kms from the nearest town! I achieved this through communicating with staff on a personal level to seek and discover their unique purpose and desired outcome for taking on such a position, then aligning it with the Company values. I implemented various fun motivational exercises weekly and ensured that each staff member had their needs met (through regular 1-1's and effective feedback) whilst still being sufficiently challenged in order to feel worthy and significant as an individual within a pressure filled environment.

Sailing Yacht Vivid

My role here was to ensure no stone was left unturned when it came to whole team high performance.  S/Y Vivid is an 88ft superior world-cruising Sailing yacht. I was 100% responsible for maintaining a 6* standard across interior staff, dayworkers and contractors as well as heavily involved with marina liaisons and custom clearances.
Given the nature of our world-wide agenda, this was no easy feat and I was regularly pushed to my limits. As well as maintaining high team performance, I also planned the daily itinerary for guests (involved extensive remote area research and working with off-shore/international crew and teams). When the owner was on board, I acted as his PA, conducted all anchor duties and assisted sailing.
This environment can be a pressure cooker as the team also lived on board in close proximity.  Understanding how each member behaved under pressure was a key factor to my success. 
The yacht crossed many international borders, dealt with dozens of varied cultures, involved very long days (many at sea) and a 'no excuses' attitude was how all had to perform. 
It is here that resilience, persistence, strength and discipline became attributes that I mastered.
I learnt the importance of holding myself high internally to achieve excellence externally.

M/Y Nanou is a luxury 30m Motor Yacht that can be hired for up to 8 guests at 60,000 Euros per week.	
My responsibility was to manage interior crew, train new team members and maintain upkeep of all that is required in order to provide exceptional, detailed service on every level. 
We were a team of 6 crew from 5 countries so understanding what makes each team member tick was essential to ensure a high-performing team.

Motor Yacht Istros

Private and Charter Yacht.	Maximum 9 guests. 5* standard.	Personal table set up, floral arrangements, food & wine service for all meals.	Upkeep of guest cabins, laundry.	Drove tender, assisted docking and wash downs.	Race crew on owners sailing vessel (S/Y Solway Maid) during regattas and one of four crew for sail boat deliveries. During winter - extensive sanding, corrosion treatment, painting, general maintenance.

The finest luxury chalets available in Meribel.  Responsible for ensuring that the Company’s high standards of service were maintained in all chalets at all times, particularly on staffs day off.	
Primary responsibility was to ensure chalet staff were adhering to excellent housekeeping and hygiene standards, as well as five star breakfast and dinner service. Held team meetings weekly to make decisions and solve problems
