My mission is to help pastors illuminate that calling online so more people in their community can encounter the Gospel.

For almost the past decade, I’ve walked alongside Evangelical Churches that feel stretched thin, overwhelmed by technology, or unsure how to reach unengaged neighbors.

Many pastors tell me the same thing: “We’re doing all we can… but people still aren’t finding us.”

I founded FaithVenture Media as a ministry partner for Churches that want to communicate clearly, follow up intentionally, and engage their community, without burnout.

A few areas I help pastors strengthen:

• Follow-up systems that are personal, simple, and consistent
• Social media that encourages + invites, without gimmicks
• Google & community visibility that helps seekers find the Church

Dr. Roger Haber was is committed to developing leadership, church health and biblical peacemaking.

Roger Haber has led workshops in Florida, Belarus, Peru, and Bolivia as well.

Roger is also the pastor emeritus of the First Baptist Church of Randolph and has had experience in church revitalization. He served there as senior pastor for almost 10 years.

He is a graduate of Stony Brook University, where he majored in Social Science. He received his Master of Divinity from  Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and his Doctor of Ministry from Northern Baptist Theological Seminary.  His doctoral emphasis was in leadership development.

He and his wife Nanci have been married for 40 years and have two adult sons, two daughters-in-law, two grandsons and a granddaughter.

Roger and Nanci love to travel. They recently completed a sabbatical tour of Ireland, France, Germany, Israel, and Northern Ireland. They live in Melissa, Texas.

1. A boss nitpicks your every move
