My mission is to help pastors illuminate that calling online so more people in their community can encounter the Gospel.

For almost the past decade, I’ve walked alongside Evangelical Churches that feel stretched thin, overwhelmed by technology, or unsure how to reach unengaged neighbors.

Many pastors tell me the same thing: “We’re doing all we can… but people still aren’t finding us.”

I founded FaithVenture Media as a ministry partner for Churches that want to communicate clearly, follow up intentionally, and engage their community, without burnout.

Successfully managed projects including scope, schedules, budgets, contractual responsibilities, QA/QC and preplanning (including future needs) on new and renovated facilities for commercial, industrial, institutional, educational, medical, water/wastewater and DoD facilities while applying all contract management, funding rules and applicable codes.  Performed project cost calculations, equipment selection, original design from concepts/criteria and development drawings including P&ID’s, Energy Management Control Systems and specifications for HVAC, fire sprinkler and plumbing and utility systems. HVAC systems include split system heat pumps, furnaces, chiller/boiler systems, VAV’s, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, pumps, piping (including process piping), exhaust fans, destratification fans, air separators, expansion tanks, dust collectors, heat recovery, ice storage and fuel dispensing/storage systems.  Plumbing systems include fixtures, potable cold/hot water, water heaters, boilers, sanitary sewer, natural gas, propane gas, compressed air, medical gases (nitrogen, oxygen, nitrous oxide, vacuum, oxygen), storm drains, storm sewers, sump pits and lift stations.  EMCS included capability to track, trend and verify utility usage and savings.  Drawings produced incorporated Building Information Modeling technology provided by AutoCad Building Systems and Revit computer programs.  Performed onsite inspections, submitted findings and resolved problems of all equipment and systems installed during construction.  Collaborated and coordinated with other disciplines including structural, civil, electrical, architectural and environmental to ensure project was coordinated between disciplines.  Successfully performed energy studies and life cycle analyses with Trane Trace to meet energy efficiency and sustainability requirements.  Peer reviewed design calculations, specifications and drawings for scope and code compliance.

Designed HVAC, plumbing and fire protection for various commercial, municipal and industrial projects.  HVAC systems include split systems, package rooftop, geothermal and chiller/boiler systems.  Plumbing systems include hot/cold water, gravity/force sewers, lift stations, sewer treatment plants.

Lead mechanical engineer in charge of designing geothermal heat pumps, obtaining certification of units, designing various installation options (open loop, close loop, well water, lake loops, etc.) as well as designing complete systems on small commercial projects.

Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Responsible for all Mechanical Construction Operations. These responsibilities require overseeing several departments including project management, estimating/precon, engineering, company fleet, company logistics, building maintenance as well as the plumbing/piping, sheet metal and custom fabrication shops. Managerial responsibilities include  financial performance, projections, accounts receivable, manpower, scheduling, material purchase, deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
