In that time, I have been fortunate to work with the fastest growing unicorn startups in the world. I databased insights, analyzed processes and team behavior, and started enough cross functional growth teams from scratch to know how to help them skip the steep learning curve.

Over the last 15 years, I've scaled marketing teams in 42 countries, built the CRM strategy for one of the largest automotive after-market players in the EU, and created and built new digital business models for SMEs based on data. As a freelancer, I now use my experience in marketing, technology, and data to help ambitious scale-ups and SMEs achieve data-driven marketing and business growth without guesswork. 

I'm a marketeer, developer, and data nerd! 

Every day I get to combine digital marketing, technology, and data to create solutions to problems for clients. The customer is always at the center of everything I do. For me, data is an indispensable resource to ideally adapt the company to its needs - both customer and the employees - to achieve the best possible result for all sides. 

In doing so, I move daily in the areas of web tracking (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Matomo, Piwik), data warehouses (Redshift, Google BigQuery, SQL), business intelligence & analytics (PowerBI, Power Query, Dax, Looker, Datastudio), AI development and performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn XING Instagram). 

I am driven to generate knowledge and action guidance from existing datasets. Thanks to my many years of experience, I support my clients not only in deriving suitable marketing strategies, but also in filling them with life!

The basis for this is the development of an iterative marketing data strategy.

Additionally, as a podcaster at dataengage.io, I cover all facets of data usage in marketing and sales - with each interview partner I learn something new about how data usage can help us.
