Since 2007, I have dedicated my life to researching, building, and implementing processes for triple-digit growth in B2B startups. I focused on consulting and fractional executive work to have a laboratory for testing strategies across 242 clients.

The role was heavily focused on creating the new Cosmetics category from 0 up to 12K skus. I grew it to be one of the TOP 3 for revenue and profit in Elefant.
