Life experiences have shaped me into a resilient and optimistic individual. My journey from battling Leukemia in my 20s led me to become a glass-half-full kind of person.

Driven by a passion for making a positive societal impact, I co-founded Food4Thoughts in 2020. Our mission was simple: change the way people think about food. We addressed an immense problem that often goes unnoticed.

We challenged toxic dieting norms, emphasising that a normal, balanced diet could yield long-term, sustainable results. Even indulgences like a Dairy Milk Chocolate Bar or a weekend beer were absolutely fine within our philosophy. The results spoke volumes as we positively transformed the lives of many.

📈 Achievements: During my tenure as CEO, Food4Thoughts experienced remarkable growth, achieving a significant 100% year-on-year increase in revenue.

👩‍🏫 Leadership: As the CEO and visionary behind Food4Thoughts, I introduced a different approach to nutritional coaching based on flexible dieting principles. Our innovative ideas impacted countless lives, promoting health and happiness.
