I used to think:

That being too kind was a weakness
Show weakness and you get hurt

that kindness had to be earned
never given freely.

But here’s the truth:

They lead with kindness.

↳ It's not people-pleasing.
↳ Just real kindness.

Remove these distractions by working somewhere outside of your home and get sh*t done.

It will never be perfect.

- If you just start writing
- If you just started podcasting
- If you just started making videos

Mastery doesn't mean perfect it means you show up anyway. 


Know you are working to something greater than perfection.

• Binge watch Netflix seasons
• Scroll endlessly on Instagram


Things most people don't do:

• Build
• Create
• Share

Do things most people don't do.


𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿

Make sure your purpose is something greater than you 

in service of something that's bigger than you, 

something worth fighting for:

Your team 
Your family
Your company 
You employees

This will destroy distraction and help you get it done.

- Remove distraction
- Mastery over perfection
- Create more > Consume less
- Have a purpose bigger than yourself
