Territory Sales Manager- Verathon, Capital Equipment and Consumables – BladderScan & GlideScope
•	Growth of a new two new products: BladderScan within Urology, general hospital wards and procurement. GlideScope within anaesthesia including support within theatres, ICU, A&E, Critical Care.
•	Large territory covered (South Coast-Cornwall to Kent then up to Oxford)
•	Responsible for managing and growing pipeline.
•	Plan all customer visits and prepare commercial plans independently.
•	Coordinate all after-sales in-house activities to ensure high quality pre & post-sales support
to all customers.
•	Prepare written presentations, reports and price quotations.

•	Fully understand the formulary process, playing a pivotal role in working towards formulary for two new products.
•	Developed strong relationships with DTC members and CCG leads. 
•	Creating relationships with key advocates for formulary
•	Experience in KOL development. 
•	Fully accountable for achieving sales targets within budget for the territory using account management practice. 
•	Analysing existing sales trends, the potential for growth and data on competitor products, preparing and implementing business plans. 
•	Growth of Market Share for two brands within Respiratory and GI. 
•	Working closely with the KAM, identifying key customers in prescribing accounts, maximizing potential with reviews and support. 
•	Supporting and using customers in speaker meetings.
•	Changing perceptions of people who would not prescribe due to formulary, building confidence for them to start trailing.
