I gained a promotion into this role on the basis of my previous project management experience and my work at RLA for The Trade Parts Specialists (part of Volkswagen Group UK). Particularly for my part in the successful delivery of two secure bespoke online applications. One being a data management and analyis tool which is has improved efficiency for their business and saved hundreds of hours of manual spreadsheet work and the other being a re-launch of an existing incentive platform which has improved user engagement through the design of a more intuitive user experience.

Although currently working on exciting projects in partnership with Volvo and on existing work with The Trade Parts Specialists and other local clients, I'm also looking forward to working on a number of other upcoming projects we'll be delivering at RLA this year.

Digital Account Manager

My Senior Account Manager role at RLA was dedicated to the day to day management and delivery of a highly successful below the line national trade marketing programme for the B2B automotive parts operation of Volkswagen Group UK.

Beginning life at RLA as a Marketing Co-ordintor for the same client, I demonstrated ability to add value and a hunger to deliver and, in recognition of this, was promoted to both Account Manager and then Senior Account Manager in my time on the account.

Previously, I led operations at the award-winning tech-for-good agency 3 Sided Cube, where I had a pivotal role in driving growth and operational excellence. My leadership has consistently transformed organisations, from streamlining operations to building effective, people-focused teams. Throughout my career, I've been committed to using creativity and technology to create positive social impact, and my ambitions for the future involve using my position to amplify positive stories across the industrial sector, and shape the future of marketing and business strategy across industrial technology and manufacturing.
