Credit management team leader and creative strategist. Responsible for collecting payments and developing credit policies. Motivation of team and clients in challenging situations. Presentations in international conferences.

Leading the credit management team for a publicly traded company and responsible for the payment collection from over 2000 accounts in Europe. Duties also include risk and credit analysis, ensuring SOX compliance, support transfer pricing as well as cash management and presentation of current credit management topics at sales meetings. 

Other responsibilities include developing a credit policy, organizing and leading an industry credit mangers’ meeting twice per year, leading regular internal sales / credit management meetings, and communicating with customers, sales department and sales agents on a daily basis.

Initiative for a “No PowerPoint” presentation culture using innovative communication models.
Invited speaker at the ICTF International Credit Professionals Symposium in Brussels 2012 and London 2013.
