Last week I had the pleasure of speaking at DSC Europe conference dedicated to data, AI, and real-world innovation.

Our session explored how organizations are transforming decision-making with AI — from data maturity and interdisciplinary skills, to AI-powered operations, financial intelligence, and finally, how to move GenAI systems from pilot to production.

I closed the session with “From Pilot to Production: Overcoming AI Deployment Blockers with End-to-End Observability & Guided Remediation.”

My focus was on a challenge we keep seeing across enterprises and startups: 

- many GenAI initiatives start strong but fail to scale because teams lack visibility into why models break, how data drifts, or where quality issues originate. 

Without trust and transparency, everything slows down 😲 

We discussed why observability, evaluation, and guided remediation are becoming must-have components — not “nice to have” add-ons — for anyone trying to ship GenAI reliably.
