Jeff is a highly qualified Education and Performance Development executive with 30+ years of progressive experience in program design and delivery, and 35+ years of engagement and project management experience. His expertise lies in his ability to identify organizational needs and develop training programs suited to all levels of personnel. Just as significant are his contributions to improved business performance, productivity, quality and profitability.

Jeff is a former Director and Account Manager with Intellinex, an eLearning venture of Ernst & Young, LLP and has helped manage and mentor thousands of people in many different organizations. Since his retirement from OCLC, where he worked as an Enterprise Project Manager, Jeff has been deeply involved in community service by volunteering for and helping manage several local non-profit organizations.

I master B2B sales, Linkedin and sales generating activities without empty platitudes, based on hard data and results for your company. After 20 years as a corporate executive and several as a consultant, I know how to talk to boards, sales and marketing heads and deliver the things they need.

This doesn't mean that I've settled on loopholes and only rely on past experience, I'm constantly learning new things because B2B sales, LinkedIn and Sales Navigator provide new challenges every day.

Po co sprawdzać salę przed prezentacjami, krótka historia z ING Hubs Poland. Za tydzień występuję na tej sali i poprosiłem Magdalena czy mogę przetestować slajdy. Co z tego wynikło?

ING ma nową, super-duper wyposażoną salę do wystąpień. Światła ARRI jak filmie, dobre kamery i mega ekran. Co może pójść nie tak?
Teoretycznie nic ale okazało się, że:

→ system ma podgląd prezentera ale wyświetla na nim główny slajd a nie widok prezentera. 

→ ekran jest tak dobry, że wali po oczach i męczy jeśli jest za dużo białego tła lub są jakieś jaskrawe elementy.

Jak to rozwiązaliśmy: 

✅ "Chłopak z IT", przemiły gość, który obsługiwał salę wpadł na przezajebisty pomysł i po prostu ustawił kamerę, która filmowała ekran mojego laptopa i wyświetlała w dobrej jakości na ekranie prezentera. Ktoś powie, że głupie, ja powiem, że skoro działa to świetne rozwiązanie.

✅ W gotowej już prezentacji wymieniam slajdy na takie na ciemnym tle, bo w testach wyszło, że takie najlepiej wyglądają.

Czy było warto tak się starać? Nie wiem, przekonamy się 18 lutego na LinkedIn Local Warszawa, z kim się widzę?

LinkedIn Social Selling for B2B - Dedicated LinkedIn training - Sales Navigator training practical workshops for salespeople.

Aaaaa, jaram się AI przez który mogę stracić pracę. Serio. Żadna z ostatnio wprowadzonych funkcji LinkedIn for Sales nie zaciekawiła mnie tak bardzo jak ta. Dlaczego to ważne?

Linkedin Sales Navigator jest świetny, jestem prawie jego psychofanem ale wymaga sporo nauki i wiedzy jak te wszystkie 23 filtry wyszukiwarki z sobą poukładać. Z tego żyje, że wiem i jak doradzam klientom to oni mają z tego leady.

To co się zmienia, to, że teraz można nie wyklikiwać tych super-duper skomplikowanych zapytań a zapytać AI.

"Pokaż mi ostatnio zatrudnionych doświadczonych managerów w mojej grupie docelowej" załatwia pewnie większośc potrzeb moich klientów.

Czy stracę przez to konsultacje? Pewnie jakieś tak, chyba, że wcześniej zrobię pivot i będę kolejnyym sales guru piszącym posty na Linkedin w stylu:

"Przygotowałem 10 tajnych promptów, które umawiają mi 3 spotkania dziennie. Napisz "CYNAMONKA", dodaj mnie do kontaktów a ja Ci je wyślę." albo jednak nie wyślę, bo tak działa gated content.

Niemniej naprawdę się cieszę z tego jak rozwija się Linkedin Sales Navigator.

PS: Cynamonka była tajnym testem czy pewien super-duper gość uwielbiający je przeczyta tego posta :) Wiecie o kogo chodzi?

Przedobrzyłem, jak zwykle. Zamiast statycznych slajdów zacząłem robić animacje, ręcznie, bez AI w DaVinci Resolve. Środowa prezentacja w ING Hubs Poland będzie petardą. Z kim się widzę w końcu?
