Jeff is a highly qualified Education and Performance Development executive with 30+ years of progressive experience in program design and delivery, and 35+ years of engagement and project management experience. His expertise lies in his ability to identify organizational needs and develop training programs suited to all levels of personnel. Just as significant are his contributions to improved business performance, productivity, quality and profitability.

Jeff is a former Director and Account Manager with Intellinex, an eLearning venture of Ernst & Young, LLP and has helped manage and mentor thousands of people in many different organizations. Since his retirement from OCLC, where he worked as an Enterprise Project Manager, Jeff has been deeply involved in community service by volunteering for and helping manage several local non-profit organizations.

Senior Consultant / Service Delivery Manager

Simosa IT US

•	Directed Information Technology staffing, support and project management for Simosa IT in North America. 
•	Directed and managed Information Technology professionals and IT operations in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Illinois, Indiana, Colorado, Arizona, California, and Washington DC.
•	Directed a staff of 7 full time IT Professionals and 10 contract technicians as needed.
•	Served as a liaison between Simosa IT, Headquartered in Seville, Spain and our Abengoa customers in North America.
•	Developed and managed an annual budget of $1,500,000.
•	Successes – Raised the percentage of incidents resolved within our Service Level Agreement from 71% to a consistent 90% and greater. Which was the requirement. (Incidents manage through Remedy)

Manager, Distributed IT Operations - Nordyne
Responsible for providing Information Technology staffing, support and project management for Nordyne, Nordyne International companies.  Managing Information Technology professionals in Missouri, Florida, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and China.
PC Support – Help Desk
•	Responsible for staffing and setting direction for the PC Support Help Desk, providing support for over 23 Nordyne and CES-Group locations.
•	Responsible for Managing Information Technology projects from inception through deployment, change management and post deployment support.
Nordyne Manufacturing Location IT Support
•	Responsible for providing support for Nordyne manufacturing locations in Poplar Bluff, MO, Tipton, MO, Boonville, MO, Dyersburg, TN (Data Center DR site).  It support for these Nordyne location is provided remotely, with an occasional visit.  This was accomplished through deploying mostly Citrix technology.
Manager, Distributed Operations – CES Group
CES-Group
•	Led the project to consolidate the CES-Group Information Technology resources and systems into the Data Center at O’Fallon, MO.  These administration and manufacturing facilities are located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, Springfield, Missouri, Tualatin, Oregon, Montreal, Quebec, and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.  Most locations required staffing changes in addition to technology upgrades.
•	Provide IT Staffing and support
Manager, Distributed Operations – Nordyne, CES-Group
•	Managing a staff of 12 full time IT Professionals and 4 contract technicians as needed.
•	Managing an annual budget of $2,500.000.
•	 Reporting to MIS Director at Nordyne and the CFO at the CES-Group companies.
•	Setting direction and deploying standard equipment to reduce the support complexities.

Management – Day to day management, performance appraisals and timely constructive feedback to my team members were the pillars of my approach.  I am skilled in talent acquisition, team development and motivation in domestic and international locations. Integrity in leadership is of paramount importance to me.

Customer Service – In setting the direction of the Enterprise IT Service Center, I closely monitored and reviewed the teams handling of incidents, to make sure issues received the proper attention.  

Operational Excellence – Since my teams were responsible for providing a value added service to the business, I spent time focusing on current processes and process improvement. My recent projects involved improving the communications process before, during and after change, as well as overall change management and incident escalation.   I have also led consolidation and system simplification initiatives to take the complexity out of support, drastically reducing business interruptions.

Project Management – Developed plans and managed IT projects involving multiple site consolidations and large scale systems roll outs.  Recent projects include: Supporting a SAP deployment and post deployment, Microsoft LYNC deployment and post deployment.

Continuing Education – I continually look for growth opportunities.  These have come in the form of classroom training as well as actual career assignments. ITIL V3 Foundation Certification would be my most recent accomplishment.
