🇦🇪 On UAE National Day, we celebrate vision.
But it is our leaders who will decide whether we reach it.

The UAE Vision 2030 and the Fifty Economic Plan are bold:
a highly productive, talent-rich, service-driven economy that can compete with the best in the world.

That future runs through our workplaces - especially hospitality, retail, tourism and service businesses.

But the latest Gallup data for MENA tells a different story:

Performance and guest experience follow.

On a spreadsheet, it looks like:

In real life, it’s a human who was never taught how to:

We keep talking about engagement like it lives in HR.
It doesn’t.
