Budget Planning for Calendar year - plan broken down by quarter, month, week, day and hour. Reviewing the budget with Finance team quarterly and adjusting plan when needed.
Management of the Planning team to provide reports to the wider business and ensure targets are communicated to teams and analysis of product sales and cost prices.
Review company reports quarterly and update to reflect company needs. Must be commercially aware of all teams KPIs across the company and ensure reports reflect teams needs. 
Develop reporting methods and efficiency to improve company performance in terms of profitability using company KPI's.
Drive best practice and efficiency in a cross functional department. Department serves dual functionality - Forecast Planning and reporting.
Work on system project teams to develop and implement team projects - two recent projects involved in is the upgrade and redesign of the current websites and new website.
Extensive data management, ensuring data integrity and that all the information is accurate and accessible. Using data to analyse for management specific aims and manage historical and up-to-date sales and CRM information for use when reporting and analysis. 
Forecast, analyse and manage medium and long term company/merchandise goals.
Produce top line WSSI, adjusting sales and intake targets to reflect current performance.
Produce weekly CRM reports which detail customer behaviour, noting any trends and collating events on promotions.
Extensive use of Microsoft Excel, VBA, Access, crystal reports and Evant (in house retail reporting software.
Schedule Planning across all channels and working with operations (logistics and contact centre) and scheduling departments to ensure targets manageable and commercial.
Conduct analysis on Channel, category, customer and host performance using data managed by team.
