•	I manage all steps activity for each new Holmes place Partner; ensuring they are set up for          success and Holmes place delivers on all aspects of the partnership.
•	Serve as the partnership “champion” within the Company :) . 
•	I Understand each partner’s business objectives, reach, affinities and direction to develop the most fruitful partnerships possible
•	I build pipeline of new business opportunities in new sectors as defined by the company’s road-map and product strategy.
•	I Work with partners and marketing teams to develop creative and compelling audience proposals that will drive new leads to Holmes Place and partner 
•	I manage and foster strong relationships with personnel at all levels of partner organizations.
