I’m an author, public speaker and leadership coach.

I focus my efforts on founder-led, high-growth companies to F500s.  I’ve been trusted by leaders at Porsche, L’Oreal, Nestle, Gannett/USA Today, Sony and many others.  I work with companies across all industries, including tech/SaaS, government, service, venture capital/PE, CPG, non-profit, etc.  

My perceived superpower is being able to assess both individual, group and company strengths and weaknesses very quickly, and come up with fast solutions to fix them.  The strength was built over a couple of decades of learning from mistakes and understanding the way out.

Hello and thank you for visiting my profile.  I am an extrovert, who enjoys bringing people together, leaving them better than when found, happy turning on lightbulbs (more about that later) and has a passion for helping people get where they want.  Usually I have a song in my head relating to my mood or situation.  Favourite mood altering song - Walking on Sunshine by Katrina & the Waves.

With a natural tendency to learn & teach, my ability to relate to others and see situations from different perspectives allows me to excel in my passion area of people development which includes roles such as coach, consultant, facilitator and client experience champion.  In these roles, it fuels me to provide creative solutions to challenges, connect concepts (lightbulbs) & move people to action, develop ownership spirit & client experience mindsets, and develop leadership skills. 

Experiences with me are crafted with exceptional interpersonal skills, well-developed written and verbal communication skills and dynamic energy difficult to ignore.  Flexible in nature, I enjoy working in teams and independently.  Uninhibited by fear, I will ask questions to get the proper scope of the situation.  Every interaction starts with curiosity & vulnerability with an end goal of betterment - education, empowerment and a pathway to solutions.  I will not always have answers, I will work with you to find them.

My recent successes include:
- increased employee engagement & retention,
