- Oversight of marketing programs for all communities (60,000 units; 240+ communities). 
- Conduct site visits and competitor visits/analysis as needed.

My Property Management Career began in January 2005 with Essex Property Trust as an Administrative Assistant in the Marketing Department. Within the first 2 years I created and developed the Event Coordinator position and have successfully accomplished to date more than 100+events from 5-850 attendees. From creating and finalizing the budgets for each one. In 2009 my position shifted to Marketing Coordinator where I helped oversee our Level One, ILS Ad sources, as well as our property websites. We began Essex social media efforts and currently help manage 90+ Essex Property Facebook pages to date. As of 2011 both the positions were combined. My work has expanded to include managing our Marketing Lease Ups efforts working closely with Development and Operations.

Marketing & Event Coordinator

With over 20 years of invaluable experience in Marketing, Innovation, Growth, and Event Management, I bring a wealth of expertise to every endeavor I undertake. My career has seen me work on the management side of Multifamily, participate in the marketing of 25+ new development projects, and oversee marketing initiatives for 250+ apartment homes.

I have also had the privilege of working in the tech industry, where I've witnessed firsthand the development of groundbreaking products that streamline efficiencies and solve problems, saving companies millions of dollars.

Currently, I spend my weeks with some of the smartest multifamily executives in the business, with upwards to 2+ million units. I've participated in over 200 meetings, tackling Operational, Centralization, and Technology challenges faced by management companies. Through these efforts, we've achieved a 10X increase in business evaluation and doubled cash flow using tactics and strategies that enhance profitability.
