I have always loved building SYSTEMS.

At 24 y/o, I built a small video game for fun.

In my late twenties / early thirties, I was a software developer in IT companies. I got the opportunity to be in a team that was building a BIG product for EDF (French Electricity Company) to manage electrical power plants. The cool part of that project was that I got to grow on many dimensions of software development: databases, server installations, object oriented programming and more.

From my early thirties, I moved into leadership roles but I would still create Excel products for myself to increase my productivity.

In 2021, I built my first web application using Bubble. I was expecting to release it as a SAAS to market but I decided not to. The product was good, myself and another user were using the system on a daily basis, but I didn’t believe it would work as a SAAS so I dropped the idea.

End 2022/ beginning 2023, I built my first website with Bubble.

On 13th of February 2023, I launched my Solopreneur business part time next to my full time corporate job and released my first online course.

On 11th of October 2024, I released Togenda, a new way to manage tasks with Notion.

I raise the level of my SYSTEMS constantly, it's an endless improvement loop.

My mental model is: "I am 0.1% stronger&wiser today than I was yesterday".

In A Life in Motion, I take you on a dynamic journey, pulling multiple pieces of the puzzle that are part of the Wheel of Life together to share simple and practical insights about how to:

I feel vulnerable.]

And I wouldn’t post this if it wasn’t for you.

If you don’t know the backstory:
I left Novartis in Feb 2024 
- part of a massive layoff.

Grateful for 12 years. 🙏
Curious about what was next.
Scared, too. 😶‍🌫️

I set 3 simple goals:
 ➡️ land in 1 of 2 specific companies
 ➡️ or… work for a Swiss company

In German 😱

I even went into a 1-month German immersion to get ready for that one.

Meanwhile I started a portfolio career.
Coaching. Writing. Consulting.
Another dream I had.

Then the plan became this:
 “Explore job options …
until end of 2025.”

And time moved from slow → ultra-fast.

At first I applied only to the roles I wanted.
 Then I expanded industries.
 Then I activated my network.
And still…
 

Nothing.
A single interview was a celebration.
At some point I applied to roles I didn’t want.

I regret that.

The rejections - automated or not - 
are painful.

Meanwhile, the portfolio career grew.
Clients. Partnerships. A published book.
A new book I always wanted to write... 

I was torn and yet fulfilled. 

“Do I keep building this?
 Or go back to corporate?”

Then early November came.

I was mentally planning 2026 without a job…
…when a friend called me:

“We have an opportunity.”

Everything happened in two days.
Interviews. Human conversations.
No tailoring. No motivation letter.

Just people talking to people.

And the surprise?
➡️ Employer: Fincons Group 🙏🙏🙏
➡️ Client: SBB
➡️ Language: German

My dream baseline 
- I had forgotten I dreamed that.

Between the final interview and the offer…
a lot happened. Maybe for another post.

But my heart was already with them.
As of Dec 1st - I’m there. ❤️‍🔥

Even better: I’m working 90%.
So I stay with my coaching, partnerships… and you.

People asked me already how everything aligned so perfectly:
 time to build the portfolio,
 a chance to grow,
 then the dream opportunity.

It’s all in my book.

Is it mindset? 🧘‍♂️ Yes.
Is it effort, intention, energy? 🏋️ Yes.

But here’s the truth I rarely said explicitly:
They only work with People and Time.

If you’re in a difficult moment:
 👉 ask for help
 👉 and give yourself time

They will play on your team…
but only if you invite them.

 ➡️ Swiss collaborators
 ➡️ And founders daring to present what they’re building

No fluff. Just creation.

We talk a lot about “the job market.”
Here’s the quiet truth:
🔹 Fewer openings
🔹 More competition
🔹 Higher uncertainty
🔹 Fear.

And meanwhile…
People are creating products, launching services,
 building partnerships, and manufacturing opportunities.

You don’t need to be an entrepreneur.
Sometimes the next step is a new job.
 Or a step back.
 Or a relocation.
 Or a short-term gig.

Then it came to me: that question hit me deeply because I’m preparing a major shift of my own. More on that next week.

I don’t know what the path is for you.
But I know this:

👉 It is every human being’s nature to develop.

If you had the courage to ask,
you already have the courage to move.

I’ll cheer for you -
but YOU will be the one who walks.

👏 To every founder and guest at the event -
 you didn’t wait for permission.

 You created your own momentum.

We speak to ourselves with a violence we would never tolerate from others.
And the worst part?

We believe it. I know I did.

But that voice isn’t truth.
It’s fear. A scared assistant doing its job.

It only knows, if that much, your past failures 
- not your future capacity.

You don’t kill that voice. 

You take it for coffee.

And you say:
“Thank you for trying to protect me.
 But I’m choosing growth today.”

That’s when everything changed for me.
 Not the titles.
 Not the promotions.
 Not the money.

Peace. Confidence. Calm. Trust.
