Jensen Huang, CEO of NVIDIA, owns a $4 trillion dollar company

And yet his LinkedIn profile lists just TWO jobs:

His profile went viral, and people started calling it “the most inspiring LinkedIn profile ever.”

Here’s why his story resonates:

1/ Your first job doesn’t define your success

We’ve all had jobs that felt small or irrelevant. That’s normal.

What matters is what you take from them.

2/ Every experience matters

Jensen doesn’t list every role he’s had.

But even working at Denny’s gave him lessons in grit, humility, and service.

These are traits that shaped how he leads today.

3/ Careers aren’t linear

He went on to earn a Master’s from Stanford, worked as a chip designer at AMD and LSI Logic, while raising 2 children.

Me in my 20s:

- I want to buy a home
- I want to make 6 figures
- I want to work at big companies

Me in my 30s:

- I prioritize peace and presence
- I build products that actually help people

So, what changed?

After hitting my “big goals” by 27, I still felt... empty.

All the titles, salaries, and wins and yet, something was missing.

That’s when I knew I needed to shift my definition of success.

(and it’s so cool) 😱

It’s part of their new AI experiment called Learn Your Way,

and it’s one of the most intuitive tools I’ve seen for modern learners.

A few standouts:

☝🏼 It adapts to your grade level and your interests
✌🏼 It converts material into formats you’ll actually use (audio, mind maps, slides, etc.)
🤟🏼 It checks in with quizzes and memory boosters so the info actually sticks

Say you’re learning physics.. it’ll literally teach you with rocket examples if you’re into space.

I just returned from a networking trip to Chongqing, China — and what I saw was nothing short of transformational.


Our Singapore Delegation arrived in Chongqing on 12 October 2025 for a 6-day, 5-night business and learning exchange, jointly organised by Ngee Ann Polytechnic in collaboration with the Singapore–China Chamber of Commerce (Chongqing Chapter), SingCham (Chongqing)


Together with 39 participants from Singapore, we explored opportunities in green industries, digital innovation, and healthcare technology, and gained valuable insights into how Chongqing is driving its transformation into a hub for smart and sustainable growth.

👉 Feeling busy, but somehow not getting much done


When big tasks loom — like writing a paper, preparing a presentation, or starting a project — that sense of “where do I even begin?” can be paralyzing.


So we distract ourselves with “comfort activities.”
They feel productive, but they keep us from what really matters.


Been there, done that. Happens to me all the time. 😂


But here’s the thing: ignoring our responsibilities doesn’t make them go away — they only pile up.


If you ever feel overwhelmed or find it hard to focus, try this simple (and century-old) productivity method that actually works 👇

1️⃣ At the end of each workday, write down the six most important tasks for tomorrow. (Only six!)
2️⃣ Rank them by true importance.
3️⃣ Start your day with the first task — and don’t move on until it’s done.
4️⃣ Continue down the list.
5️⃣ Move unfinished tasks to a new list for the next day.
6️⃣ Repeat daily.


Do this for three months — and watch your focus and output transform. 🚀

When I started sharing my ideas on LinkedIn, I didn’t expect one thing — 
how much feedback would come my way, both good and bad.


Some comments were thoughtful and helped me grow.
Others? Let’s just say they weren’t so kind.


At first, I took it personally. I wondered if my content wasn’t good enough — or worse, if I wasn’t good enough.


I thought about changing my approach.
I thought about posting what everyone likes.
I even thought about trying to please everyone.


But here’s what I learned — that’s impossible.


> “If you try to please everyone, you’ll end up pleasing no one.”


And honestly, if I did that, I wouldn’t be me anymore.
I wouldn’t be authentic to the people who actually support me for who I am.


The truth is, negative feedback is part of the game — especially when you talk about meaningful topics like sustainability, change, and leadership.
Not everyone will agree, and that’s okay.
The bolder the message, the louder the reactions.


Now, I take a step back.
If there’s something I can learn from the feedback, great — I’ll grow.
If it’s just hate for the sake of hate, I move on.


Because my energy is limited.
Why focus on the 10% of negativity when 90% of people are showing support, encouragement, and love?

Think about those times when you pushed through uncertainty and came out stronger. Those are the moments that define you. Because growth begins where comfort ends. 🌱


So this Monday, let’s shift our mindset. Instead of questioning our worth, let’s celebrate how far we’ve come. Each small step forward is still progress. Every imperfection adds depth to your story — and that story is worth sharing. 📖


As a leader, I remind myself — and you — that we already have what it takes to succeed.
Trust your journey. Believe in your potential. You are more than capable.
