We lived every operational nightmare: 2am lock failures, understaffed teams during peak season, juggling a dozen disconnected software tools that didn't talk to each other. When COVID hit, rising costs and labor shortages turned those pain points into existential threats.We looked for software that could handle the reality of running properties at scale. Nothing came close. So we built it ourselves. First as internal tools to keep Sosuite running efficiently, then as SuiteOp when we realized every operator faces these same problems.SuiteOp unifies what hospitality operators need most: IoT device management, intelligent task automation, guest portals, screening, and analytics in one platform. - 6 years ago, I joined Angel Host at its early beginnings, and proudly became one of the first employees. Since then, I've learned enormously by seeing Angel Host successfully grow from a small startup to a thriving organization helping maximize revenues for more than 2,000 properties across 60 cities and counting;

- Had the chance to learn about and be closely exposed to the process of raising multiple rounds of financing led by some of the most prominent Venture Capital Funds in the world, which led me to become an early-stage angel investor;

- Started as one of Angel Host's first Guest Service Specialists (EN, SP & FR), contributing with hiring, training, and establishment of key SOPs;

- Went on to help build the Onboarding & Integration departments. This involved hiring, training, and managing a team of Editors, Photographers, and Data Entry Specialists while working together with Sales, Account Management and Revenue Management to promote Angel Host's properties across all major booking channels;
 
- I was then given the opportunity to work directly with the CEO and COO to coordinate and facilitate various projects and initiatives in areas including Operations Optimization, Proprietary Technology Development, Growth Strategy (both organic and through M&A), Recruitment, Administrative coordination, Business analysis, Market research, Competitor analysis, and Project Feasibility analysis.

- I'm now in charge of developing worldwide growth by helping Vacation Rental Managers, Operators, Developers & Investors outperform their market by 35+% 🚀 

Outside of work, I have started my career as a real estate investor and property manager in the Greater Montreal area with a small growing portfolio. Always on the lookout for new partnerships and networking opportunities.
