Jean-Emmanuel was a Senior Manager in the New York office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He was responsible for advising domestic and international clients on asset liability management, stochastic modeling of market and actuarial variables, efficient valuation implementations, valuation risk and hedging strategies.

From 2020, Jean-Emmanuel lead the implementation of the Actuarial Services' ESG Physical Risk model for assessing the exposure of real assets to climate change risk.

Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Jean-Emmanuel was a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, New York, where he provided consultative insights on climate tech and actuarial services to a broad spectrum of clientele.

A firm believer in continuous learning, Jean-Emmanuel holds two master's degrees: Mathematics for Finance from Columbia University and Mathematical Engineering from Ecole des Mines de Nancy.

- Lead initiative to modernize the cyber insurance product suite's requirements & rules management engine
- In collaboration with the Cyber Intelligence Team, developed & maintain open-source intelligence & vulnerability data enrichment (EPSS, etc.) scripts to identify & alert cyber policyholders via the Chubb Vulnerability Alert System
- Aid in cyber product development and release testing & deployment across external (Marketplace, Cyber Central) & internal platforms (Duck Creek)

Cyber product analyst

- Identify, research, and analyze emerging risks in support of Chubb’s Enterprise Risk Management program, with specialization in economic & cybersecurity risks
- Developed an open-source intelligence monitoring system for triaging & alerting on high-severity CVEs, providing an in-house solution to a 3rd-party product with savings of $150,000/yr
- Assess and model impact of vulnerabilities on the company's cyber book of business, ultimately reporting to CISO & CRO
- Manage natural-language processing development initiatives to identify novel risks in the legal and scientific domains (BERT/PyTorch/Spacy/NLTK)
- Ample experience working with & processing structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data
