That internal struggle led me to leave corporate safety and build two startups in seven years - eventually exiting basix.ai, a sales automation platform backed by Forum Ventures. That experience taught me something critical: the gap between theory and execution is where most scaling companies die.

Now I bridge three worlds:
→ Corporate operations experience (scaled systems at Fortune 500 level)
→ Entrepreneurial experience (built and exited SaaS company)  
→ Technical automation expertise (hands-on with Clay, Make.com, n8n, HubSpot)

As we step into January 2026, I’ve been reflecting deeply on one leadership insight that keeps resurfacing.

 Something simple, yet transformational:

Leaders don’t rise because the year changes.
They rise because they change.
🌱🚀

In 2025, while working with high-performing CXOs, I saw this over and over:
•	Teams didn’t need louder leaders. They needed clearer ones.
•	People didn’t follow titles. They followed character.
•	Growth didn’t come from endless hustle. It came from alignment + intentionality.

And here’s the truth I’m carrying into 2026:

⭐ Leadership is not about managing others.
It’s about mastering your inner world first.

Before we set bigger goals…
Before we redesign strategies…
Before we chase new milestones…

We must ask ourselves:
👉 Who do I need to become to lead with more wisdom, courage, and compassion this year?

Because leadership in 2026 will require:
💡 Emotional maturity, not reacting from ego
💡 Clarity of vision, not chasing everything
💡 Integrity in action, doing what you said you’d do
💡 Human connection. Leading people, not just processes

So here’s my personal commitment for 2026:
✨ To lead with more presence, more patience, and more purpose,
so the people around me feel seen, supported, and strengthened.
