As a result of my efforts, I achieved a 40% increase in sales from the MigthyApe account from March to June 2018. Additionally, I supported the company's booth at the NZ Toy Fair 2018, where I merchandised products and ensured inventory levels were up-to-date.

British American Tobacco

As a Merchandising Executive at British American Tobacco (BAT), I specialized in developing and implementing effective hard and soft merchandising materials in Point of Sale (POS) nationwide, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best results for the company's brands.

During my tenure, I demonstrated my creativity and problem-solving skills by developing a new tool for the Sales Team to track POS materials, resulting in a 60% reduction in lost materials. I also developed a reporting tool for the implementation of campaign plans, reducing the implementation time from 11 minutes to 4 minutes per POS.

My experience in developing and implementing new POS materials for tobacco and e-cigarettes resulted in a 106% increase in merchandising coverage nationwide. Furthermore, I achieved significant budget savings by negotiating with suppliers, reducing maintenance costs while enhancing response time and changing SLA.

As a Market Developer in two geographical areas of Colombia, I was in charge of several channels, including TAT and grocery. My job was to create opportunities to gain market share from the competition, all while building relationships with customers. In the TAT channel, I was able to win several exclusive sales and visibility accounts, while in grocery, I organized all orders based on product rotation from POS to avoid product expiration. I also managed merchandisers and, in conjunction with the sales force, developed strategies to contribute to the achievement of their goals through coverage and rotation of our product portfolio.
