Born in Argentina and settled in NZ since 2005, I have worked in the resourcing industry for nearly 20 years dealing with a wide range of industries and sectors both within NZ and internationally. Each role has given me skills, knowledge, experience and passion to deliver exceptional performance and an ability to refine and enhance a smarter and better working environment.

In the last nine years, I joined the ICT industry and I am extremely passionate about helping our customers providing the best resourcing options and help them with their projects' roadmap to make their project successful. 

I have set up contact centres from scratch, worked with security teams to find the top talent in the market; hired CTOs and worked with large clients to identify the best approach when resourcing for large and complex projects.
