Working with large scale accounts across the UK and Europe, with a specific focus on digital signage installations throughout there estates, whilst serving the sub-brands requirements of content and creative development with our in-house studio. I also work on building client relationships within the marketing and project teams to receive briefs and deliver fresh digital content, scheduling these across 100’s of screens and sites throughout the UK.

After working closely with the sales team in my sales and marketing support role, I was promoted to Business development working on getting new clients and running successful campaigns.

Invive is a Business Strategy company helping companies to grow. They are specialists in call centre work, data provision and data analytics. - Strategically implementing and targeting new business 
- Handling new clients insurance review 
- Effective management of client relationships
- Personally attaining company monthly, quarterly and yearly KPI's inline with the company's financial performance and development.

We specialise in offering protection and financial savings to both individuals and companies on everything from Life Assurance, Critical Illness Assurance, Private Medical Insurance, Income Protection, Mortgages, Loans and Pensions.

This role included me working closely with the sales team to generate marketing reports for various clients and building new marketing campaigns. Worked with all our suppliers to sell and buy in new data for new marketing campaigns. This increased my knowledge of the data in the market greatly; this also gave us good insight on what data works best for each sector.

 I worked with databases every day to manage our data in house, this included data cleansing and data procurement. This has enabled me to have a full understanding of the data that Invive have in house, its connection rate and its conversions per sector. By applying this knowledge with my clients it has greatly improved there marketing and profits.

As soon as I left High school I started working for Concise as an IT apprentice. This involved being 1st line support engineer, I had to fix issues in certain SLA's and had to able to manage my time and pick up the phones to provide the best possible support for the customers.

At concise my knowledge of IT very quickly grew and my ability to work in a business environment had increased massively. After working at Concise for over 1 and a half years I decided to move my career forward and leave to company.

Metrotech is a small but growing technology company, they specialize in providing the fastest  broadband in the UK. This was my first experience working in a professional environment and helped me get a good grasp of working in a small team to reach targets.

My role was to generate leads for the sales team. This would include researching into companies, speaking to key decision makers and introducing Metrotech to them. This helped my with my telephone skills and taught me how to provide a proper pitch.

Not to be dramatic, but I used to be a mess.

I left home when I was 15. From there, it was endless partying, substance abuse, family issues—you name it.

Eventually, all my problems caught up to me at once. I lost a family member, found out my partner was cheating, and was kicked out of my house—all within two weeks.

So, I had enough and decided to sort my life out.
And through a lot of hard work, I did.

I got sober, repaired my relationship with my family, and worked with them to build a now-thriving business: Profit Engine.

We’ve onboarded a lot of clients over the past couple of months and now need an Account Manager who can look after them and advise on SEO strategy.

We’re looking for someone with the following qualities:

🎓 It started in 2013...
At my first campus interview, I saw hundreds of students chasing jobs they didn’t understand — driven by fear, not clarity.
That’s when I asked:

“How can you choose a job if you don’t even know what it’s about?”

Later that year, I lost my father in a car accident. I was 19.
That grief made me fearless. I promised myself to build something that helped others.

💼 17 Jobs Later...
I worked at 17 companies — searching for a team I aligned with.
I never found it. So in 2019, I started my own agency with my wife.
We even built a mud-walled, nature-filled office.

Clients came — Canva, SmartData, IIT Roorkee — but I saw the same old hiring problems:

In 2023, I tried to solve it. Built an internal team. It failed.

Today's focus: The landing page (now 90% complete in We-web flow) and defining the UI for our three distinct user portals.

My biggest takeaway from Day 1: Talk to your users immediately.

After just a few interviews, I realized our main value proposition was off. We're pivoting the headline from "Find developers who truly fit your culture" to "Find developers who are truly interested in what you are doing". It’s a small change in words but a massive shift in perspective.

Tomorrow's goal: Making the sign-up and login functional.
