As a reporter and anchor at 10/11 News, I was grateful to have the opportunity to be on live television on a daily basis. I started as a general assignment reporter covering crime, politics and major newsworthy events across the state; I shot, edited and wrote all of my own stories.

After a year and a half, I joined the morning show as a feature reporter, an experience that allowed me to dive deep into the local culture. Working side-by-side with my photographer and our team, I  produced dynamic lifestyle reports that brought what's happening in Lincoln straight to a viewer's living room. 

In my time at 10/11, I fill-in anchored every show at the station. Most notably, I took on the role as weekend morning anchor for 7 months, solo anchoring and producing the show. The experience at 10/11 taught me to work efficiently under pressure and become incredibly detail-oriented.
