I've been floored by tools like ByteDance’s Seedance 2.0 - it's already good enough to trigger cease n desists galore.

A fan-made, AI-generated alternate Stranger Things ending went viral, and the reaction was fascinating. People demanded more because they felt like it was more true to the story.

But no one consented to have their likeness or voices or IP there. The content machine has an endless hunger.

For world builders, authors, and indie creators, the opportunity is pretty clean cut right? The downside is just as real.
  
And it pushes the internet further into a trust crisis.

Still, the path ahead is clear, albeit a bit scary. 

The tools are rough today, and today is also the worst they will ever be.

Creators will continue to have leverage they have never had before, and it'll keep improving.
