•	Instrumental in mapping agency’s evolution into a $3.5M net revenue organization with full P&L responsibility and management of 25 employees.
•	Spearheaded the agency’s transformation into a leading independent provider of commercial and personal lines insurance in Southwest Florida.
•	Developed, designed and implemented a transformative strategic plan targeting high net worth clients that grew to over $3.0M in sales annually. 
•	Cultivated and leveraged relationships with new carriers AIG, Fireman’s Fund and Nationwide which propelled segment growth and was a lynchpin to eventual successful sale of the company in 2018.
•	Created and delivered comprehensive risk management policies and procedures to key construction clients thereby reducing exposure in workman’s comp, driver selection, hiring practices and vendor management.
•	Proactively pursued and achieved Certified Workers Compensation Advisor designation. Leveraged this to reduce client’s experience mods, contain costs and establish an effective return to work strategy.

•	Awarded Bronze Star “V” for heroism in combat in Al Kut, Iraq. Defended the evacuation of the coalition provisional authority while under attack by 400 militants.
•	Executed duties as second in command to operational unit of 150 marines and related equipment. Prepared and trained teams for combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. 4th Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company.
•	Facilitated the training of special operations teams to conduct riverine warfare/counter-drug operations. 2d Small Craft Company, Panama Canal Zone. 
•	Collaborated with Ukrainian Army and U.S. Special Forces to provide close air support, airborne logistics and medical evacuation support. 4th Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company.
•	Conducted joint operations with U.S. Coast Guard to repatriate Haitian citizens, transport high threat prisoners on GTMO, and provide migrant camp security quick reaction force.

My military background as a United States Marine Corps Officer adds a unique dimension to my leadership style. With experiences ranging from executive roles in West Palm Beach to combat duties in Iraq, I've been awarded the Bronze Star for heroism and successfully led operational units, trained teams for combat deployments, and collaborated internationally on various critical missions. 
  
My overarching goal in every endeavor is to infuse operational efficiencies, strategic foresight, and a culture of excellence. I'm dedicated to leveraging my diverse experiences and skill set to drive impactful change, lead high-performing teams, and create sustainable, growth-oriented solutions.
