Key responsibility included piloting various ventures so that the top management could take a "go/no-go"​ call on these ideas from a long-term investment perspective. Setting up each venture from scratch included: writing business plans, controlling finance, organizing team, handing operations/logistics, business development, overlooking IT infrastructure, signing collaborators, finalizing pricing/product portfolio, etc.
