Defined the first generation of a new GRC platform with HP Labs. Created vertical messaging, campaign plans and sales tools (sales decks, industry briefs, white papers, sell sheets) for 3 key target industries (Finance, Telco, Healthcare).

Rolled out ArcSight’s first formal, branded reseller program including tiers, discounts, and rules of engagement. Defined channel friendly, appliance based Log Management models for the mid-market. Executed a $1.5M two tier channel development budget across 100+ resellers.
