📍2018 - April 2019 - Replatformed all front end, customer facing commerce technology to SaaS based systems (BigCommerce Enterprise core system) with full omni-channel systems integration. Implementation included enterprise site search, loyalty, UGC, marketing automation, personalization, SSO authentication and payment systems.

📍2017 - Replatform entire back office to SaaS technologies (NetSuite ERP & CRM core system), including omni-channel systems integration. Also replatformed loyalty, marketing automation and OMS/WMS systems and implemented an omni-channel PIM platform.

📍2016 - Merged two separate Magento instances (one Community, one Enterprise) into a single Magento Enterprise multisite instance.

We specialized in sourcing memory cards and other digital products internationally, importing and e-tailing them online (B2B & B2C). We warehoused our product locally and shipped direct to our customers.

I was responsible for architecting, delivering and maintaining our entire digital commerce stack.

I was also responsible for digital marketing strategy and implementation.

We successfully sold & exited the Flashcards business in early 2011.

Working out of their Christchurch (NZ) satellite office, this is where my career in digital began.

Although I certainly wasn’t a digital expert when I started, I did have one thing going for me - I was a super fast learner.

Soon I was consulting on (and in some cases, delivering) CMS and eCommerce site development, web marketing and hosting solutions.
