- Reduced business costs by ~$200K per year and improved our Contact Centers service quality & speed, by removing an underperforming functionality/service from our product
- Retained over $5m in annual revenue and grew revenue by $1m while leading the discovery & launch of a new Gym SaaS product that is integrating into our new Payments product
- Leading strategic discovery to determine when is the best time to introduce PayTo, a new payments technology, into our product to provide the best ROI for our business, our customers, and their consumers

Rasely is a SaaS fundraising platform for non-profits & charities around the world. It has allowed thousands of charities to raise over $300 million dollars by helping them engage with millions of donors daily through our platform. 

- Achieved ~65% revenue growth YoY by using a Product Lead Growth strategy, as the sole Product person in the business
- Developed the overall product vision, strategy & roadmap by conducting user research & data analysis to help inform our direction & product decisions
- Boosted productivity for our 2 product teams with improved progress tracking, collaboration, and reduced initial confusion at the start of projects by implementing & iterating on new product development processes that impacted the whole company

- Refined and prepared new & improved feature ideas as part of a V3 rebuild of the product. 
- Reduced business costs of manual reporting by ~80% by leading the Data Science team to develop a new language model 
- Improved scalability of customer success function, especially as we onboarded new staff, by building out reusable templates.

Actionstep

Actionstep is a SaaS company that offers a cloud-based Practice Management System for over 10K law firms all over the world. 
 
- Led a team of direct reports in the discovery, validation, strategic development, delivery and go-to-market activities for a new market segment. This included mentoring & coaching
- Increased revenue by 48% by facilitating the transition from a single product price offering to a 3 tiered model
- Improved confidence in strategic direction by introducing Jobs To Be Done theory into multiple departments within the organisation and bringing data-informed decision-making through the implementation of Heap Analytics

- Achieved a 70% increase in their app connection rate for new users through the design & implementation of a new onboarding journey
- Co-led a Product team of 2 other Product Managers and 2 Designers while our Head of Product was focusing on a special project
- Led delivery of back-end services to build our first mobile app

OraHQ was a SaaS digital marketing company that made smart software that provided analytical reporting and automated recommendations to get the most out of a business’s digital marketing. 
 
- Decreased businesses cost to serve by 70% by delivering and iterating on an internal CRM platform, that was later productized and sold externally
- Led development & scope for an automation engine, which became the underlying system for some of the product’s best features 
- Planned and managed the delivery of a new CRM product, the data migration into a Redshift data warehouse, a Recommendation & Notification system, an Automation Engine and a reporting/analytics tool. All with the scope of scalability. 
- Reduced the Engineering team's workload and made the business more agile, by designing and delivering admin systems so there was less dependency on developers to make fundamental system changes and updates.

Yellow New Zealand

Yellow (formerly known as Yellow Pages) is New Zealand's largest print and online directory. One of New Zealand's first Google Partner. They provide print and online advertising services, SEO, Google Adwords, and create websites for thousands of New Zealand businesses.

- Briefed product/process improvements to Product Managers, Developers and Business Analysts in a Scrum Agile Environment to deliver on key changes.
- Wrote requirement briefs.
- Liaised between multiple departments, third-party vendors, and directly with customers for information gathering and so that the right areas of product and process were focused on.
- Helped design and improve our digital self-service platform.
- Communicated upcoming product features to stakeholders and the impacted business units
- Collected and analysed customer data to identify product/process issues, and be the customer’s voice within the business. 
- Presented regular reporting to Executive Management.
- Ran product and process training 
- Using Zendesk, built, promoted and content managed an internal knowledge base that covers all Yellow products and internal/external processes. 
- Consulted on mapping the Customer Journey, redesigning our main online digital directory site, and new mobile apps being developed.

- Held training for the Customer Care Team on processes and how to handle difficult situations.
