I assisted the PBS Children's Media & Education Digital Engagement department with copy editing digital content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure errors. I ensured that blog posts, newsletters, and other materials were clear, consistent, and ready for publication. - Coordinated 3-day tech conference featuring 3 tracks for attendees, daily networking events, career recruitment, a pitch competition and activations produced by NASA, Microsoft and more.
- Worked directly with Executive Producer to pitch and secure event sponsorship, negotiate speaker, vendor and sponsor contracts and identify growth opportunities with local and national brands.
- Created proposals to bid and win long-term sponsorship contracts from City of New Orleans and national corporations such as JP Morgan Chase.
